Arts & Crafts Vendor Information Sheet

VENDOR FEES
50 Covered booths 10’X10’ south & west locations
17 Open booth 10’X 20’ north & east locations

Shoshone-Bannock Enrolled Members - $250*
Other Federal Recognize Tribal Member - $350*
Non Native American- $450*
No pre-arrangement of payments allowed!

Confirmation package will be mailed out once payment is paid in full with the following:
Receipt, Booth Location, any supporting documents for vendor.
Vendors will be issued one (1) parking pass upon arrival

If you have not received a confirmation package by Aug 4th, 2010 please call our office

Please be aware all booths are based on first full paid, first completed application, then first assigned number only.
Vendors are not guarantee previous set up locations!



PAYMENT METHODS
All Completed Applications and Fees (Paid in Full) must be received by
JULY 31st, 2010, if received after due date
additional $50 late fee will be applied.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
No Refunds or changes after AUGUST 1st, 2010
Cancelations must be in written form in order for full refund and be faxed or turn in to main office by JULY 31st, 2010

*Increase fees are due to the rising cost in utilities/services

Arts & Crafts vendor layout


NOTICE

No selling of foods (consumable items or drinks) at vendor booths, or campground areas.

No selling any type of  Novelty Toys

All covered 10’X10’ booths; south & west locations are provided with overhead lighting only!

NO power available for polishing machines, grinders, small appliances, etc.

U L Rating must be on all power cords and power surges, if used.

There is no RV/Camping Trailer parking available around the arts & crafts booths, RV/Camping Trailer must be placed in designated camping areas.
